Southern Multifamily LLC was created to provide investors a brokerage with the inside edge to buy and sell multifamily investment property.

Southern Multifamily LLC was founded by Ryan Tomka.  Mr. Tomka studied business at PACE University in NYC and graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with honors in Engineering.  While consulting at IBM microelectronics he purchased his first apartment building in October 2000 and has learned the business from the ground up as an owner experienced in operations, renovations, finance, and asset management.  Mr. Tomka left his position as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap in February 2022 to form Southern Multifamily LLC.
